1. Important Information You should carefully read the following Terms of Use. Your purchase or use of our products and/or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use. 2. The products and services we offer: We (Cowshed Interiors Limited - CIL) are a company providing the facility to order and/or buy goods online. All descriptions are as accurate as possible and images are aimed to be reflective of the item, colour, material and style; on occasions some visual differences may occur - if you are unsure please enquire directly. Many of our products are either handmade or hand finished. Because of this, there may be the occasional imperfection as they are not manufactured by a machine. We feel that these marks, features, points of interest etc will distinguish them from mass produced items and visualise them as the artisan produced products that they are. If the imperfection is such that it renders the item unusable we will of course replace the item but when the area in question is very small or the aspect of concern is part and parcel of the natural makeup of the product, we would not consider it to be faulty. Handmade items can have a size difference/tolerance of +/- 5%.

Such items maybe our handthrown lamp bases made from ceramic, cement or stone - pots, vases and ornaments made from similar materials or it could be twig hearts, wicker/willow hearts or kubu and rattan products. Blemishes can and do occur but we regard this as normal given the nature of the material the item is created from.

Unless the option to 'Reserve' is shown at checkout, payment will be asked for and taken immediately. On occasions we do promote 'offers' on both the Cowshed Interiors Limited website and third party social media/websites - these may be discounts, free delivery or similar, however all 'offers' are standalone and cannot be used in conjunction with any other single 'offer' that may currently be running  i.e. one order - use of one offer.
Cowshed Interiors Limited assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this site including prices of items. The information contained in this site is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness. This does not affect your statutory rights. 3. Our Delivery, Returns and Collection policy: CIL operates a positive policy which does not affect your statutory rights. 4. Warranty:
Our products are provided "as described" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, save manufacturing defect. In line with our Delivery & Returns policy, we expect any defect or discrepancy to be notified to us immediately on receipt of the goods. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. * Please note we will not accept or tolerate any abusive or threatening behaviour, including but not limited to the use of or threat of a bad review as leverage. Unsubstantiated negative reviews are defamatory. Malicious negative reviews are malicious falsehood and both can result in serious financial harm. Bad review bullying is unacceptable and we reserve the right to handle any such threat with a legal response. 5. Third party services:
We may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. CIL does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with CIL terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of CIL.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction:
By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof. By purchasing our services and products, you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
7. Membership programme
Join Our Herd 7.1 Membership benefits After purchasing a 'Join Our Herd' membership subscription, subject to these terms and conditions, you will:
  • be able to buy any product on our website at a discount of 15% off the full retail price
  • be able to buy any product in our Seconds and items in our 'Last Chance' section (already reduced by a minimum of 30%) at a further discount of 15% off the already reduced price
  • Free access to our 'Interiors Finishing Service'
  • Previews of new collections and exclusive collaborations
  • Early access to seasonal offers
7.2 Membership price
Our 'Join Our Herd' membership is a 12-month annual membership of £75. Your payment method will be charged the full amount for the 12 month membership after you confirm your order. At the end of year one, your membership will automatically expire.
7.3 Cancellation
If needed, you may cancel your membership at any time by letting us know in writing. If you cancel within 14 days following your purchase of the membership 'Join Our Herd' and have NOT placed any orders for products, we will refund the full cost of your membership purchase - £75.
If you have placed an order or orders and still wish to cancel, we may still be able to cancel your membership if the savings you have made on purchases do not exceed the membership amount of £75. Otherwise we will may not be able to cancel or refund. CIL reserves the right to change or modify the Terms of Use without prior notice.

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make and do not allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Other websites Our website contains links to other websites. This privacy policy only applies to the Cowshed Interiors Limited website so when you link to other websites you should read their own privacy policies. We do not sell, trade, or rent users personal identification information to others.
