Price Match Guarantee - Conditions
We aim to offer a great service, a varied range of products and great value.
If, in the unlikely event you should find an identical item - IN STOCK - at a high street location, with comparable delivery charges (if relevant) - please get in touch with us directly, we will aim to 'Price Match' and if we can, better.

We regret we are unable to give refunds on the following items:
Items returned after 14 days and/or items not notified to us in writing - Email Us - within 7 days.
Any items that have their covered or protective packaging removed.
Any items that have been altered in any way, or fitted (e.g. ceiling light) or used.

'Special Orders'* or 'Made to Measure' orders.
*'Special Orders' constitute any item that is ordered as a one off, an item that we have sourced specifically for a customer, including specific detailing, changing any aspect of it (bespoke) or items that we do not stock as part of our normal inventory of stock. Once a customer gives the go-ahead to buy an item that we have to process as above, that becomes a 'Special Order' item, and as such falls outside of our ability to accept as a return or exchange.

A 'Special Order' can be cancelled but does carry a handling/restocking fee of 25% which will be deducted from your refund.
