Special Order Items

Any item listed on the Cowshed Interiors website as a 'special order' will be because it is not a standard stock held item in our own warehouse. It is an item that will be called in from central stock specifically to fulfil your order.

Our quoted 10-14 working days is a realistic time frame for items to arrive with us.

Once a 'special order' item is placed and confirmed it is unable to be amended or cancelled.

'Special Orders' are normally a doorstep delivery. In some circumstances we may be able to give assistance with a downstairs room of choice - please ask before ordering.

Please measure your space correctly before placing your order. Be sure to consider staircases, doorways and any tight spaces as you may need to manoeuvre your furniture through these spaces.

If for any reason you would like to return a 'special order' item, please email Customer Service and a member of our team will assist. Unfortunately a collection fee will need to be made and a 25% restocking fee of the price of the item to cover our charges in returning to the supplier.
